Founding Sales Representative

Find the practice or the organization, run the demo, close the license. Work as many lanes as you can win: every account you register is yours.

Pay

• 12% of every license payment collected in year one, then 3% in each of years two and three: uncapped, on a 36-month contract.
• Close 21 or more in a calendar month and the year-one payments on every one of those deals pay 17% instead of 12%.
• Residuals keep paying after 12 months with us, even if you leave. SmartMeet pays on the same 12% and 3% terms.
• Reps who reach 40 live accounts become eligible for an equity grant, on terms set in a written agreement.

Commission is on the base license fee only (never setup, migration, onboarding, e-prescribing or AI credits). A refunded payment is clawed back, and a deal that cancels before go-live pays nothing.

Who we want

Proven B2B or SaaS sales, ideally into healthcare practices, nonprofits or research institutions. Comfortable prospecting, running demos and closing on your own. Self-directed, and motivated by uncapped commission and long-term residuals.

Turn a signed license into a working system: kickoff, setup, data migration and training, with the workspace live within 30 days. Kickoff within 2 business days of close; client satisfaction 4.5 out of 5 or better.
