After the GLP-1 benefit

The year after the last dose

Most people who stop a GLP-1 without a plan regain much of the weight within a year, and the value of the benefit falls with it. In a 2026 pilot of adults who had just stopped a GLP-1, structured support cut early regain to about 3.6% of body weight, against about 11% with usual care.

Reporting and privacy

What the employer receives

You see

  • How many people enrolled, and how many are checking in.
  • Group outcomes, made monthly and rounded: weight held at 90 and 180 days, food noise, staying with it. Only from members who agreed to the evaluation, and only once there are at least ten of them.
  • Your invoices, by count.

You never see

  • Who enrolled. No name, address, weight, check-in, mood score or clinician report ever reaches an employer.
  • Your eligibility list is kept as one-way hashes, not addresses.
  • Clinician reports go only to the employee’s own doctor, only with the employee’s consent.
