What care costs, and when you pay
Prehab programs
Foundation: $999; Signature Prehab: $1,499; Signature + Recovery: $2,499; Complete Continuum: $3,999; Private Concierge: $6,500. Every program includes physician oversight, in-clinic and virtual visits and a superbill. Half is paid at enrollment, the rest by the start of week 4. Enrollment opens on prehab.athleticsmd.org.
